Accept Work Assignment for Request Task
Explanation
This activity is used to confirm acceptance of a work assignment linked to a request task. When the assignment
is accepted, the task becomes the responsibility of the assigned resource and moves to the next step in the
process.
This activity is performed when:
- The details of the assigned task have been
released.
- The task is ready to be started.
Prerequisites
- A request task in released status must exist.
- A work assignment in assigned status must exist.
System Effects
- The status of the work assignment is changed
to Accepted.
- It is possible to change the status of the work
assignment to OnRoute, Work
Started or Cancelled.
