Add Sales Lines

Explanation

This activity is used to define sales lines in the Standard Task Sales tab so they can be used when a Request Task is created. It enables service coordinators or administrative users to configure predefined commercial charges separately from planning data (materials/resources).

Sales lines can be configured to be automatically added to a Request Task or made optional for manual selection. When a Request is created using a Service linked to the Standard Task, only sales lines with Auto Add to Task enabled are automatically added to the Request Task Sales tab. Company and Sales site specific sales configurations can be defined when adding a Sales line.
