Use this activity to close the completed requests with a high volume of Requests as it is impractical to manually close each Request after completion and invoicing. A background job will be created by using the below configurable parameters under Close Completed Requests which can be used to schedule the jobs by customers in order to run the scheduled background jobs. The job will automatically close Requests in "Completed" status that meet the defined parameters.
