Use this activity to define a Service Commercial Rule.
The Benefit Plan must be created in the Contract Benefit Plan page if a benefit plan is to be included.
The Entitlement must be created in the Contract Entitlement page if an Entitlement is to be included.
As a result of this activity, a contract entitlement will be created. It will be available to be used on a Request Contract Line or inside a Service Commercial Rule to define the entitlements attached to them.
