This activity is used to record customer acceptance of a Request Quotation. Acceptance indicates that the customer agrees to the quoted services, pricing, and terms, and authorizes the service organization to proceed with execution of the work.
When a request Quotation is accepted, the Quotation is converted into a Request. The Services defined in the quotation are transferred and become Scopes under the newly created Request. These Scopes form the basis for planning, scheduling, and execution by the service delivery team.
