This activity is used to record customer acceptance of a specific service (scope) within a request quotation. It supports scenarios where the customer chooses to proceed with only part of the quoted work, while other services remain unaccepted.
The activity is performed at the service/scope level by changing the status of the selected scope to reflect acceptance. This enables partial acceptance handling without accepting the entire quotation. The accepted services can then be converted into a Request for execution, while the remaining services stay linked to the quotation for traceability and potential future action.
As a result of this activity, the selected service (scope) status is updated to Accepted indicate acceptance. If one or more services are accepted while others remain unaccepted, the Quotation status is updated to Partially Accepted.
