This activity is for define reasons for cancellation or rejection, which are required when canceling or rejecting a Request Quotation or when rejecting individual services within the Request Quotation. Providing a reason is mandatory for all cancellation or rejection actions related to a Request for Quotation.
As a result of this activity, a cancellation or rejection reason will be created and made available for selection whenever a Request for Quotation is canceled or rejected.
