This activity is used to create a new Quotation revision for a specific Service (scope) when a customer requests changes only to that particular service. Instead of revising the entire quotation, the user can select the relevant scope and initiate a revision limited to that service.
When executed, the system generates a new quotation revision containing the selected service with its previous details copied forward. The new revision allows the user to modify pricing, planning details, or other relevant information based on customer feedback. The revised quotation must go through the standard cycle, including internal approval (if approval steps are defined), before being sent again to the customer for review and approval.
As a result of this activity, a new Quotation revision is created in Draft status. The selected service is included in the new revision, and the system maintains a complete revision history linking the new version to the previous one.
