Reject Selected Service

Explanation

This activity is used to record customer rejection of a specific Service (scope) within a request quotation. It supports scenarios where the customer decides not to proceed with certain quoted services while other services may still remain under consideration or be accepted separately.

The activity is performed at the Service/Scope level by changing the status of the selected scope to reflect rejection. A Rejection Reason must be provided when performing this activity.
