Use this activity to confirm the resource capacity for a task after reviewing its capacity situation in the Service Project Gantt. When capacity has been checked and is considered sufficient, the task can be marked as confirmed
The confirmation is displayed on the Gantt chart for the respective task item. If the planned dates of the task are later changed manually or through the critical path calculation, the confirmation is automatically removed.
