Use this activity to review the resource capacity situation for resource group demands within a service project using the Service Project Resource Capacity Gantt. The capacity information can be viewed at task level and aggregated through scopes, requests, request quotations, and the overall service project by selecting the relevant item on the Service Project Gantt. When planned dates are defined for a request task within the service project, either manually or through the critical path calculation, the required work hours for each resource group are distributed linearly across its planned start and finish dates.
