Add Narrative Disclosure
Explanation
The Add Narrative Disclosure activity allows entry of narrative disclosures for qualitative KPIs, either
manually or through AI generation, with the option to attach additional support text content or PDF
documents.
Prerequisites
- User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan or be a Data Provider/Authorizer for
the KPI.
- KPI Requirements: The KPI must be Qualitative.
- Plan Status: The plan must be in "Active" status.
- KPI Status: The KPI must be in "Data Pending" or "Rejected" status.
- The logged in User should be connected to a Person registered in the application to attach supporting
documents.
- The Narrative Disclosure description can be generated using AI, where the input may be text or a supporting
PDF document, and the output is a summarized disclosure. (Note: Information entered will be recorded by the
system. Avoid including confidential or sensitive data).
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- Qualitative comments are updated in the KPI record within the sustainability plan.
- A historical record of the entry is created.
