This activity is used to download the template required for uploading external data. It is currently available for monthly KPI data related to Employee, Training, and Emission. When performing this activity, it is possible to select the data period intended for adding external data, as well as choose the preferred date interval either to create records for each month or for the full selected period.

An Excel file is downloaded with the relevant schema, and some columns are pre-filled with data. If the Monthly option is selected, records are created for each month within the selected period. If the Full Period option is selected, records are created for the entire duration.
