The Convert On-Call Shifts feature allows users to convert on-call shifts to regular shifts directly from the Dispatch Console. This supports single or multiple shift conversions and provides visibility and navigation to Resource Availability for verification.
The “Convert On-Call Shifts” assistant is available from the Resource Card, loading all on-call shifts for the selected resource within the date range i.e 7 days from the current day. Only the On -Call shifts that are within the scheduling period can be converted in here. Users can select one or multiple On-Call shifts to convert. .
The “Convert to Regular Shift” command, available in the Gantt chart is only to convert On-Call shifts created for current day and next day .
On- Call Shifts must be created for Resources in Resource Management.
Selected On Call Shifts will be converted to regular shifts.
