The Dispatch Console Map page is consisted of a Full page Map view that enables dispatchers and supervisors to track the live locations of resources and monitor the statuses of all service appointments in real-time using geolocation data.
Dispatchers can navigate to this page by accessing the command "Dispatch Console Map” on top of the Dispatch Console Page.
The Scheduling Dataset needs to be active and loaded in the Dispatch Console. User needs to have access to view the Dataset on Dispatch Console.
The Resources and their Routes, Tasks, Exceptions in the selected Scheduling Dataset can be viewed in the Map.
