Transfer Multiple Assignments to Mobile

Explanation

Use this activity to transfer multiple work assignments to the IFS MWO Service mobile application. You can transfer the Work Assignments within a specific date range using the Transfer to Mobile assistant. The Work Assignments are transferred during synchronization between the mobile device and the server. 

Prerequisites

• Work Tasks must be created with the relevant information. 
• The Resources must be defined and set up as mobile users. 

System Effects

• The selected work assignments will be transferred to mobile. 
• The transferred Work Assignments will be displayed in the Transferred Tasks/ Work Assignments window in IFS Cloud Web. 
• Only assignments with the Assigned and Accepted statuses can be transferred to mobile. 
• Depending on your selection, the Work Tasks will be transferred during synchronization to the mobile device of the assignee.
