Opens the Service Project Capacity Planning & Scheduling page and displays the selected Service Project in the Gantt view. The project structure can be expanded to visualize all hierarchical levels (Request, Scope, Task, and Demand). The Gantt presents planned start and end dates along with defined dependencies.
A Service Project must exist with connected hierarchical levels (Request, Scope, Task, Demand) and valid planned start and end dates defined.
The selected Service Project is loaded into the Gantt upon navigation. When the Expand option is used, the hierarchy is expanded to all levels, and the full project structure with planned dates and dependencies is visualized.
