Use this activity to create a failure mode that describes the manner in which a failure occurs. The failure mode identifies the specific way an object or component has failed to perform its intended function. This is helpful when preparing a Work Order, in root cause analysis and failure tracking, and provides consistency as the failure mode is selected from a pre-defined List of Values.
