Mark Fault as No Fault Found
Explanation
A technician can mark a fault as No Fault Found (NFF) from the Task Details or
Fault Details page. Use this option when the technician inspects the aircraft and determines that
no actual fault exists for the reported issue.
When the technician selects No Fault Found, the No Fault Found assistant
opens. The assistant includes an optional NFF Note field where the technician can record
additional information about the findings.
Prerequisites
- The task must be in Active or In Work status.
- The associated fault must be in Open status.
