Lock Changes
Explanation
This activity is used to lock maintenance program changes so the revision is controlled during approval (same
transversal lock concept as Lock Maintenance Program / Lock Requirement / Lock on blocks).
Prerequisites
- Maintenance program changes must exist and be ready for approval control.
- User must be authorized to lock.
System Effects
- Further edits are restricted while the program is locked for approval.
- Request approval / approve actions can proceed according to workflow configuration.
