Unassign Requirement from Maintenance Program

Explanation

This activity is used to unassign a requirement (or related reference document) from a maintenance program that is in BUILD or REVISION status. When multiple operators share the same program, unassign carefully: if the definition is still required in another operator revision, prefer controlling applicability on the requirement rather than a direct unassign that would cancel tasks for other operators.

Prerequisites

The maintenance program must be unlocked and editable (BUILD or REVISION).
The requirement/reference document must currently be assigned to the program.

System Effects

The definition is removed from that program revision content.
Impact evaluation and later activation no longer initialize tasks from the unassigned definition for that operator revision.
