Enter Account Representative
Explanation
This activity is used to enter a representative for the account. You can add one representative by selecting the
person and optionally select a representative role. You can also click Add from Representative Group to add many
representatives. Optionally, select one of the representatives as main.
Prerequisites
- The account must have been entered and saved.
- The representatives must have been entered on the Business Representatives page.
- If CRM Access is enabled, only users assigned as representatives for an account can add other representatives
to that record.
System Effects
- As a result of this activity, a representative is entered for the account.
