Enter Object Representatives
Explanation
This activity is used to list representatives who are related to the CRM Business Object.
Prerequisites
- A CRM Business Object Structure should have been created.
- A representative must have been entered on the Business Representatives page.
- If CRM Access is enabled, only users assigned as representatives for a record can add other representatives
to that record.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a representative is connected to the CRM Business Object Structure.
