Use this activity to revise level 1 master production schedule (MPS) receipts for many parts and periods at the same time on the Master Schedule for Multiple Parts page.
Select a Site, Period Template, and Material Planning Scenario. The Master Schedule Grid By Period list shows up to 60 periods. Only the Modified MPS row is editable. Each period value is the total of MPS receipts on the workdays in that period. Each row is a part and Project PNG.
You can search the list by Project PNG and by inventory attributes such as Part Type, Commodity Group 1, Commodity Group 2, Product Family, Product Code, and UoM. Family Part is the part defined on the Product Family Master page.
Use the Calculate MPS By Period command to load period quantities. Enter a Project PNG, or % to include all netting groups. Use the Recalculate Period Template command if the site date does not match the Begin Date of Period 1.
