Cancel Supplier First Article Inspection

Explanation

Use this activity to cancel a Supplier First Article Inspection (FAI) that is no longer required. You can cancel an FAI only while it is in Planned or Released status.

To cancel a supplier FAI, click Cancel under status button in header and click OK.

Prerequisites

The Supplier FAI status must be Planned or Released.

System Effects

As a result of this activity,

• Supplier first article inspection will be cancelled.
• If there was a purchase order line connection when cancelling the Supplier FAI, it will be disconnected.
