Use this activity to apply a Benefit Plan and an Entitlement to a Request Contract Line.
Requests associated with a Contract Line can utilize the Contract Benefit Plan connected to the contract line to identify if the contract benefits are applicable on a sales line.
Requests associated with a Contract Line can utilize the Contract Entitlement connected to the contract line to identify if any price changes are entitled to the sales line.
A Benefit Plan must be defined in the Contract Benefit Plan page to be used in the contract line.
An Entitlement should be defined in the Contract Entitlements page to be used in the contract line.
Prices on sales lines will be changed by applying the benefit plan and/or entitlement when the sales line falls within the applicable criteria on the benefit plan and entitlement.
