Add Services to Quotation
Explanation
This activity allows you to add services from the Service Catalog to an existing request quotation in IFS Cloud.
There are two methods for adding new services:
- Using Add Services assistant – Enables you to add multiple services at once.
- Using Add New button – Lets you add new services one by one while staying on the same page.
Once added, these services become part of the quotation details and are included in the calculation of the total
quoted value, associated costs, and margins. If necessary, you can specify details such as Service Object,
Model, Contract and other related information, which are managed within the Service in a Request.
Prerequisites
- A Request Quotation must exist in Draft status.
- The required services must be available in the Service Catalog.
System Effects
- As a result of this activity, the selected services from the Service Catalog are added to the Request
Quotation. The quotation totals, costs, and margins are recalculated based on the newly added Services.
