Appendix: Scheduling Web InterfaceΒΆ

Warning

The Scheduling Web Interface has now been removed from the product. As such, we recommend that new integrations are developed using the Scheduling RESTful Gateway and that existing integrations are also migrated to use the SRG.

The recommended way for client applications to connect to the scheduling system in Azure is via the Scheduling RESTful Gateway (SRG). This section covers the situation where client applications are already coded to use the Scheduling Web Interface.

If the Scheduling Web Interface is used to connect to the scheduling system (either an on-premise of an Azure system), it should always be installed locally and not in Azure. This can be done using the 6.9 release version of PSO. See the installation guide in that release for further details.
