This section details all enhancements that were delivered as part of the 6.10 update release.
Enhancements are concentrated in the following areas:

| Schedule Explainability | A new service - the Schedule Explainability Service (SES) - has been added which can be used to explain why an activity has been scheduled where it has, or why it is unallocated. |
| Workbench Enhancements | A new screen has been added for viewing graphical diagnostics. Various filtering options have been added to control what the user has access to view. New parameter options have been added to the workbench URL. Various display improvements have been made. |
| Scheduling Enhancements | Various new scheduling features have been added. |
| Archiving Enhancements | Archive functionality is now a mandatory part of an install, with the licence no longer required. Automated snapshot functionality has been added. Vehicle attribute information can now be stored in the archive database. |
| Performance Improvements | Improvements have been made to the performance of loading data to the PSO Workbench via the Schedule Query Manager, and to the throughput of non-blocking appointments in the Appointment Booking Engine. |
