This section details all enhancements that were delivered as part of the 6.13 update release.
Enhancements are concentrated in the following areas:

| Workbench Enhancements | Workbench enhancements include: previewing manual changes when manually updating activities; filtering by skills; data type support for additional attributes; enhanced navigation to explanations; other minor enhancments. |
| Scheduling Enhancements | A means of scheduling activities as blocks has been added via activity pools. New schedule exception data options have been added to reduce the amount of data included in plan updates. Other minor scheduling enhancements have also been added. |
| Service Resilience | Changes have been made to the appointment booking process and dataset load balancing to improve service resilience. |
| Organisation Management | Improvements have been made to allow managing and deleting child organisations via the RESTful gateway API and workbench rather than at installation time. |
| Installer Enhancements | Improvements have been made to Azure installs to allow the user to set custom database passwords, and to allow the user to select the policy for applying Windows VM upgrades. Other minor installer enhancements have also been added. |
