In Input/Output/Deployment containers there is an option to delete records in Bulk. This is to make sure that the user can remove unnwanted entries added to the containers accidently at once.
Previously the user was only able to select 25 records at a time and delete, but with the new feature the user can filter the records to be deleted and remove them all at once.
- You can navigate to the assitant from the header command 'Bulk Delete'
- When the assitant is opened the first section will display the filters available. When selecting a value from the filter, the Section 'Record Count'
will display a count of the entries which will be deleted and the count of the entires which will not be deleted due to logical reasons. An important thing to note here is that
the filters will change depending on the Container from which you navigated to the assistant.
- Once you have selected the correct filters which need to be applied for the deletion, you can simply click on the command 'Delete' to perform the bulk deletion.
- Once the deletion process is completed the section 'Deletion Log' will display a count of the entries that were deleted and count of the entires that were not deleted due to any exception.
