Exists_Tmp_Record__

Used for internal tests. Ping_Result__ creates (and removes) a row in the table PLSQLAP_ENVIRONMENT_TAB.

Procedure Exists_Tmp_Record__ (  
   exists_ OUT VARCHAR2,  
   guid_   IN  VARCHAR2 );

Return

Returns TRUE if a record exists, FALSE if not.
