System and Service Users¶
For some IFS Cloud system and service users, there is a corresponding Maintenix user that is created during installation with the following roles and permissions:

In a fresh installation, IFSADMIN is the first user to log in to IFS Cloud. IFSADMIN user can log in to the containerized environment through Keycloak and access both the IFS Cloud Web and Maintenix UI. |

Used for communication between Maintenix and other IFS components. |
MAINTENIX | User Type: Service |
n/a | Executes business logic between co-deployed Maintenix and IFSApp databases. This user must correspond to the maintenix.username value provided during installation of the Maintenix database schema. If you created the Maintenix database schema with a different maintenix.username than 'maintenix', you must create a corresponding service user in IFSApp. |
