Lobbies¶
The IFS Cloud Mobile Lobbies is the page for System Administrators to monitoring mobile apps in a more graphical way than in the Logs and Queues section.
It is possible to configure the lobbies to your needs, read more here.
The following lobbies are used for monitoring a Mobile app.
- Mobile Apps Overview
Shows an overview of the status for all the apps. Is also available from the navigator under Mobile Apps. - Mobile App Status Generic
Shows detailed information of the status for a specific mobile app, but do not include Failed Transaction or Grouped Push. The mobile apps that uses this lobby are IFS CRM Companion, IFS Trip Tracker, IFS Notify Me and IFS Scan It. - Mobile App Status with Failed Transaction and Grouped Push
Shows detailed information of the status for a specific mobile app, including Failed Transaction or Grouped Push. The mobile apps that uses this lobby are IFS MWO Service, IFS MWO Maintenance and IFS Maintenance Execution. - Mobile Users and Devices
Shows detailed information of the user and devices for a specific mobile app. Is available from the Mobile App Status lobbies. - Mobile Synchronization Time and Data Volume
Shows detailed information of the synchronization Time and Data Volume for a specific mobile app. Is available from the Mobile App Status lobbies. - Mobile Grouped Push Synchronization
Shows detailed information of the Grouped Push Synchronization for a specific mobile app. Is only available from the Mobile App Status with Failed Transaction and Grouped Push.

All of the Mobile lobbies can also be found in Solution Manager / Configuration / Lobbies. Search for Mobile.
For many of the lobbies above, there exists a parameter that can be changed to see another mobile app. The below table shows which parameter to use for each mobile app.
