Mobile Users and Devices¶

The lobby Mobile App Users and Devices shows metrics around the mobile users and devices for a certain mobile app. It is available from lobbies Mobile App Status Generic and Mobile App Status with Failed Transaction and Grouped Push or directly from Solution Manager / Configuration / Lobbies.

Users Initializations Today¶

Shows how many user initialization that has happened today. If the number is high every day, you need to investigate why users are initialization every day. Initialization usually happens the first time you use the app or if you do a configuration in IFS Cloud, e.g. adding a custom attribute, otherwise initialization should not happen on a day to day basis.

New Device Registration Today¶

Shows how many new device registration that has happened today.

Detailed Counts on User Activation and Initializations¶

Shows detailed information about whom and which devices has done user activations or initializations today as well as how many times they have done it.

User/Device App Status¶

Shows the status of all the users devices for a certain mobile app. If you have a high number of Disabled devices, you should consider if the devices are still in use and delete the disabled user devices.

Historical User Activity Stats¶

Shows how many users are active on a certain date. The data for this graph is collected each night.

Shows total number of users with multiple devices as well as which users and how many multiple devices the user has.
