Installing IFS Applications

Installing IFS Applications is a process that involves a set main of tasks. Each of these main tasks are made up of a number of subtasks. All the main tasks are mandatory in order to produce a functional IFS Applications installation, but not all the subtasks are applicable to all scenarios (dependent on things like operating system, if setting up a clustered solution or not and so on).

  This step will deploy the database objects, things like tables, views, packages, indexes and so on
• Deploy IFS Applications Middle Tier
  This step will create the <ifs_home> and setup IFS Middleware Server
