With the new deployment separation of the application server, External Report Formatters are no longed needed. All report processing requests are automatically directed to the integration node which acts as a built-in External Report Formatter.
NOTE: A similar behavior to the External Report Formatter can be achieved using the new Debug Mode. You set the external URL and calls are beeing redirected. This is intended to be used when redirecting calls to a debug instance. It is much easier to trace and debug in an external development environment.
