The custom logical unit functionality gives a customer the ability to configure their own business information in IFS Applications. This functionality can help to support a customer process better by adding specific information that is not available in a standard installation of IFS Applications. A custom logical unit can be used as standalone information, or as basic data to be referenced from other standard or custom logical units. To enter information that is provided by a new custom logical unit, it is possible to create a Custom Page for it. It is also possible to use Custom Events to insert data for a custom logical unit.
