The engineering service partner accesses Allowable Configuration as a B2B (Business to Business) user which needs to be set up in IFS Applications. Adding users is described in the Users page.
Once you have your user set up, you need to create a user permission set. Creating permission sets is described in Permission Sets. Assign the predefined permission set , FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B, to the permission set you created.
Pages are granted through the respective Projection. The
projections that need to be granted to permission set you created are:
Projection Name “ConfigChangeSourceB2bHandling” with access level set to Full.
Projection Name DocumentHomeB2b with access level set
to Read at minimum.

Grant the permission set you created to the Engineering Service Partner B2B user. Granting the permission set to the user is defined in Grant Permission Set to User.
