Enable permission for integration user in IFS Maintenix

To integrate Allowable Configuration with IFS Maintenix, in IFS Maintenix you need to enable the permission to access the required IFS Maintenix API for the integration user you plan to connect with from Allowable Configuration. The permission is afforded to a suitable role and the integration user should be assigned or connected to the role.

1. From your IFS Maintenix Administrator menu, click Role Search.

2. Click Search and click the role you want.

3. Click the Permissions tab.

4. In the Search Criteria area Parm Name field enter API_MCM_PARTGROUP_PARM.

5. Click Search,

6. Select the check box of the permission and click Enable.

7.  Click OK.
