To ensure availability of the Crystal service this check will perform a http check and validate the response.

Interval: Every 5 minutes (288 times per day)

Description	Parameters protocol, host, port and virtual directory can be found in system settings.
Impact	Crystal is not accessible.
Suggestion	Verify that IIS is working on the Crystal host and that Crystal services are working.

If not status Critical.
