The application monitoring for IFS Applications is provided in the Application Monitoring Metrics and the Application Monitoring Console.
The Application Monitoring Metrics is a set of defined metrics describing the status of different parts of IFS Applications. These metrics are available via a command line interface (CLI) and can be used by external monitoring tools.
The Application Monitoring Console is used for database monitoring. The console, available in the Solution Manager, presents the status of Application Monitoring Console entries. These entries are configured the Application Monitoring Console Configuration.
