SalBoolean AddressItemEdit(SalNumber nWhat)
Opens the "edit" dialog for address editing.

When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Inquire: the return value is TRUE if the "edit" dialog can be opened.
When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Execute: the return value is TRUE if the user presses "OK" in the "edit" dialog, FALSE otherwise.
