SalBoolean DataRecordCheckModify( SalSqlHandle hSql )
The DataRecordCheckModify method performs server validation of modified records.

The return value is true if server validation is successful, false otherwise.
DataRecordCheckModify is called by the DataSourceCheck method during the save process.
