Applications override the DataSourceExecuteSqlLock to perform locking of all records in a data source.
Applications should return true if the records are successfully locked, false otherwise.
Foundation1 standard methods perform locking of records in the server, hence there is typically no need for applications to use DataSourceExecuteSqlLock.
