SalBoolean PictureShow( SalNumber nWhat )
The PictureShow method reads the picture data from the referenced file or from the database, and displays the picture in the control.

When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Inquire: the return value is TRUE if a picture is currently not present in the control, FALSE otherwise.
When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Execute: the return value is TRUE if the picture was successfully fetched, FALSE otherwise.
For optimized performance when working over a slow network connection, it is possible for the user to turn off automatic fetch of BLOBs (which included pictures). When the automatic fetch is turned off, the PictureShow method can be used to download a single picture.
