SalWindowHandle SplitterGetSecond()
The SplitterGetSecond method returns the window handle of the second associated object or window.
The return value is the window handle of the second associated object or window.
For a vertical splitter the second object is on the right side, for a horizontal splitter the second object is on the bottom half.
