SalBoolean PalStrToBoolean( SalString sTrue )
The PalStrToBoolean method the strings 'TRUE' and 'FALSE' to the corresponding Salboolean value.

The return value is TRUE if the string 'TRUE' is passed as a parameter, FALSE otherwise.
