Const.PM_DataContextFirst
An application sends the Const.PM_DataContextFirst message to a table window or child table object to move the focus to the first row in the table.

When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Inquire, TRUE is returned if focus row is not the first row in the table, FALSE otherwise.
When nWhat = Const.METHOD_Execute, applications should ignore the return value of this function.
When nWhat = Const.METHOD_GetType, Const.CHILDTYPE_ContextMethod is returned.
If the change of focus causes the table to scroll, the framework calls MethodStateChanged to update state of all ContextMethod method.
