Access Studio🆕

Overview

IFS Access Studio is a centralized, browser-based interface designed to support the administration of security configurations within the IFS AI platform. It provides a unified environment for managing key security-related tasks, including:

  • Authentication policy configuration
  • Client setup and management
  • Integration with IFS Cloud Remote installations

By offering a simplified alternative to external security interfaces such as Curity UI, Access Studio enables IFS customers maintain a consistent and secure configuration framework with improved operational efficiency.

Access Studio is initially released with foundational capabilities and is being progressively enhanced to serve as a comprehensive security configuration suite across the IFS ecosystem.

Key Capabilities

  • Streamlined Remote Integration:
    Simplifies connecting IFS Cloud Remote deployments with the IFS AI platform.

  • Access to Advanced AI Services:
    Enables integration with services like Copilot, ML Service, and more.

  • List AI Tenants:
    Provides Customer Admins secure access to the User Management Center for tenant-specific management and configuration.

Signing In to Access Studio

To access the platform:

  1. Navigate to the IFS Access Studio login page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click Sign In.
